When it is time to select a new floor coating system there are many conditions to consider. Urethane modified concrete is available in several thicknesses, textures, pigmented and/or decorative finishes to meet your needs and décor. The urethane modified concrete system is ideal for heavy forklift traffic, pallet jacks, high impact areas, chemical resistance, and floors subject to thermal shock. Although the urethane modified system is extremely durable it can also be decorative by the use of colored quartz and/or colored vinyl flake.
Because the correct flooring selection should provide many years of trouble free service be sure to consult with a qualified coating specialist before you make a flooring decision. Be prepared to discuss your needs and expectations of your new flooring system. What is the current condition of the concrete, is there an existing coating to deal with, is the slab stable or are you seeing issues with movement and/or cracks.
